Project Description: The project is located in Dongkeng Town, Dongguan City. It is situated beside Dongkeng Avenue (a two-way six-lane road) in Dongkeng Town, with the southwest side adjacent to Hengdong Road (a two-way four-lane road). The first floor features a park fire control room, with clear flow lines. Visitors and employees are separated through the foyer. The supporting facilities are arranged at the rear, without affecting the main facade office area and the factory area, which have their own flow lines. The office area can be reached via internal roads, and the factory area has a planned road opening on the south side. The two areas do not interfere with each other, improving efficiency while reducing safety hazards within the factory.
