This project is a large-scale urban renewal project, involving the planning and design of two industrial areas in Shirepo Town, namely Fulong Village Industrial Area and Tianliao Village Industrial Area. The planning and design focus on integrating the production and city aspects, and uniformly planning the old industrial buildings and residential buildings within the plots. Based on the project plots, it aims to accommodate industrial spaces and develop industrial economies, relying on industries to drive regional renewal and improve service facilities, thereby further enhancing land value and achieving dynamic and continuous upward development among industries, cities, and people.
