The Changping Lianji Industrial Park project is located in Taitang Village, Changping Town, Dongguan City. The project site covers an area of 45,477.00 square meters. The land type is M1 industrial land, with a floor area ratio of 3.0, and the total construction area is approximately 140,000 square meters. After the project is completed, it will manufacture electronic products, computer components, wires, cables, connectors, metal and plastic molds and accessories related to electronics. In the main product types, the two high-rise factories adopt square and practical 5700-6700 square-meter large flat-roofed factories as the main structure, combined with two-story multi-functional supporting annex buildings, and twelve-story supporting offices and thirteen-story supporting dormitories as the auxiliary structure. The combination forms an economically efficient production-oriented industrial park. The overall park's facade design is different from conventional factories. The main exterior materials are simple modern style color exterior bricks, coatings, and aluminum alloy louvers for air conditioning units.
