The project is located in Hengkeng Community, Liabu Town, Dongguan City. The project is divided into seven plots, four of which are industrial plots, and the remaining three are parking building land and bus terminal land. After the project is completed, it will manufacture semiconductor-related products such as light connectors, power semiconductor devices, relays, and power thyristors. In the main product types, a square and practical 2500-3200㎡ large flat-roofed factory building will be the main structure, along with two 1000-1500㎡ research and production-type factory buildings. The overall facade design of the park is different from the conventional factory buildings. It uses architectural style colors such as exterior bricks, coatings, aluminum alloy louvers for air conditioning positions, and perforated panels as the main exterior materials. With extremely low costs, it creates the modern and technological atmosphere of the park and builds a new image of the new industrial park in Dongguan.
