This project serves as both the corporate headquarters and partial manufacturing facility for HuiLe Technology. The industrial campus is organized into production, office, reception, and residential zones, creating a clear functional hierarchy and efficient circulation system.

Each building is customized to its specific function, shaping distinct architectural spaces while maintaining a cohesive campus identity. By utilizing ground-level plazas, podium rooftops, and stepped terraces, the design seamlessly integrates the lush natural landscape of Songshan Lake into the built environment. These landscaped zones provide spaces for recreation, relaxation, and informal interaction, fostering a dynamic and human-centered working environment within the R&D headquarters.
