Chengxi Town, Dongguan City

Two commercial hotel buildings are set on the ground, with a basement parking garage on the underground floor. The project is mainly targeted at fast hotels and hotel-style apartments. A total of 498 guest rooms are designed. The podium building is for supporting commercial facilities and hotel clubhouse. This project is relatively small in scale and mainly consists of two buildings arranged in a linear layout. They are Building 1 for commercial and hotel use and Building 2 for commercial and hotel use. The two main buildings are balancedly arranged between each other. Under the premise of meeting the building density, green coverage rate and parking space quantity, the largest landscape and sunlight exposure area is created. On the basis of meeting the building setback line, sight corridor and sunlight requirements, the volume and shape of the buildings are filled with a sense of three-dimensional composition scale. The parallel space layout secures a large landscape space for the building. Through the rooftop garden of the podium building, a second-level landscape space is further created while having the mountain landscape as a backdrop. Each building can effectively create a spatial visual connection with the natural landscape, and the local block's landscape resources are maximally utilized.
