Hongmei Town, Dongguan City

The total planned land area is 32,293.62 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 3.5, a building density of 37.4%, a building height of 60 meters, 15 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The green space ratio is 20%. The location is excellent, about one kilometer away from the town center. Based on meeting the functional requirements, modern design methods are adopted to avoid homogeneity with surrounding buildings, achieve differentiated competition, and create innovative new buildings that are suitable for the factory area use and have unique characteristics. This is the main focus of this project.
