The construction site of this project is located in Shanglong, Taitang Village, Changping Town, Dongguan City. It involves planning and design. The aim is to build a new networked intelligent industrial park, creating a comprehensive modern industrial park integrating production, research and development, pilot testing and living facilities. This project focuses on meeting the production and supporting functional requirements of the client, taking into account both construction costs and feasibility. On the exterior, it meets the functional needs while the building facade aims to reflect the characteristics of a modern city, striving for simplicity and clarity. The main design concept is modern public buildingization, enhancing the vertical three-dimensionality of the building.
