Description:
The building height is 88.8 meters, with 19 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. The building density is 29.19%, and the green coverage rate is 20.41%. The plot is located to the south of Dongkeng Town Government. The north side is the urban secondary road (Junfa Third Road), and the east side is a planned road. Through the analysis of the existing site's spatial structure and surrounding relationships, and by studying the surrounding people, we designed splitable floor plans for the future office users, which have met the development needs of these users. We also designed small-scale commercial service facilities for the office users, which have met their living needs. Donghao Commercial Building aims to reflect the characteristics of the times by attempting to break through the modern fast-paced, simple and practical, yet energetic living atmosphere expressed on the building facade. It integrates the modernist architectural style, has a simple yet not simplistic vertical relationship, and makes local retreats to enhance the building's layering effect and highlight the energetic image of modern life.
