Description:
The building height is 100 meters, with 22 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The building density is 35.78%, and the green coverage rate is 16.83%. The plot is located on the south side of Hongbei Road in the southern part of the city. The west side is a secondary arterial road (Hongliu Road), the east and south sides are planned roads, and the north side is a main road (Hongbei Road). Through the analysis of the existing site's spatial structure and surrounding relationships, the plot is divided into a public square activity area, an office square quiet area, and an office area. A ground square is set around the Water Industry Building, and the activity area is located in the northern part of the plot. Courtyards, water-themed squares, water experience facilities, and other shared ecological spaces are arranged around it. Through the organization of these spatial nodes, a natural transition between the square and the office space sequence is achieved. The Water Industry Building maintains the overall texture of the southern city headquarters base and arranges the building in accordance with the planning roads. The building volume consists of two 22-story towers connected by a four-story podium. The distance between the two towers is 27 meters, and they are independent of each other, providing convenience for subsequent operations.
