Description:
Project Description: The project is located in Hongmei Town, Dongguan City. It includes production line workshops, headquarters offices, and employee apartments. At the beginning of the design process, we considered how to integrate the experience aspect with the industrial park. We took the garden-style office as the starting point, dispersing the garden elements throughout the office areas, allowing for a more enjoyable and ultimate experience. Additionally, based on the regional characteristic of the water town, we extracted the elements of curves and incorporated them into the building's exterior facade, giving the industrial park a regional characteristic while also enriching the employees' feelings within the park.
