This project is for the headquarters office building of Jindingwan Real Estate Development Company in Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City. It is located at the intersection of the central street in Jiangmen City, mainly featuring commercial and office functions. The overall layout is formed by a zigzag layout, creating a commercial square, which not only reduces the pressure on the intersection caused by the buildings, but also meets the needs of commercial display and crowd aggregation. The facade design emphasizes the interweaving of volumes and vertical lines to highlight the upright appearance of the building. It uses glass curtain walls, multi-color aluminum profiles, aluminum plates and night lighting effects to enhance the modernity and commercial atmosphere of the commercial building.
