This design is based on the overall urban planning perspective, taking into account both the first and second phases of the project. Through the layout of the building group and the setting of pedestrian bridges, it creates a large-scale and multi-level public space landscape axis from "the south section of Huangqi Square Green Space - the first phase data industry center square - the second phase building enclosed internal garden space". The first phase project is the main design entity. The main office tower is placed behind, while the service center is placed in front. The two parts are connected by a podium building with the machine room as the main function. On the east side of the entire building site, it gives way to the southwest street corner square, achieving the infiltration of the open space to the south side of Huangqi Square Green Space and the north side of the second phase building enclosed internal garden.
