This project is located in the core area of Taicheng South District. It is only a 10-minute drive from the old urban area of Taishan City and the new Taishan Expressway exit. The regional conditions are excellent. The east side is Chen Yixi Road. The south side is Park Road, the west side is Nan'an Road, and the north side is Fenghuang Avenue. Chen Yixi Road is the main arterial road of the entire Taishan City, and Fenghuang Avenue is the main urban landscape artery of Taicheng South District. The development of this project provides a complete road system. This plan sets commercial buildings on the west side of Chen Yixi Road, and sets a large commercial main distribution square along the intersection of Fenghuang Avenue and Chen Yixi Road, and a hotel front square along Park Road. This forms a large urban complex integrating hotels, offices, shopping, dining, and leisure and entertainment, becoming a landmark public activity place with complete functional facilities and comfortable environment in the Taicheng South New District.
