Based on the production process requirements: The production of electrical appliances has the demands of good lighting, high ventilation requirements, and compact flow lines. The production quality is relatively light, suitable for the layout of high-rise factories, and has high requirements for the convenience of vertical transportation. Therefore, the building adopts a main north-south layout, with local east-west layout.
The use of bay windows to enhance the lighting effect, placing the inspection vehicle on the top floor, and adding skylights to meet the lighting requirements. With the goal of improving production efficiency: In addition to meeting the production needs, the project also takes a series of innovative measures in the organization of traffic flow lines, such as the separation of pedestrians and vehicles, the entry and exit of goods, and vertical transportation, to provide production efficiency. People-oriented: While meeting the production needs, the project provides more spaces that are conducive to physical and mental health and interaction for the workers, to increase their enthusiasm. Practicing green buildings: Through reasonable building orientation, window opening methods, roof greening, shading and other measures, the building minimizes energy consumption to the greatest extent.
