The south side of the base is the National highway Guangnan Line, the north side is Cangjiang River, and the east and west sides are residential houses. The transportation is relatively simple. Sanjiang Road is the main urban thoroughfare that runs through the entire Kaiping City. The road system around the base is yet to be developed. Taking the artificial lake as the design core of the environment, a cluster layout mode is adopted to form a planning layout of "one core, two axes, three clusters and multiple zones".
