1. Major in architecture or civil engineering, with a bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least five years of working experience, with experience in a first-class design institute being preferred.
3. Familiar with relevant design standards.
4. Proficient in using structural software such as Guangsha and PKPM.
5. Possessing good professional qualities, teamwork spirit, and communication and coordination skills.
