1. Bachelor's degree in Building Electrical or Electrical Automation, with more than 5 years of experience in building electrical design. 
2. Capable of independently completing electrical design tasks. Those with experience in designing high-level electrical systems will be given priority. 
3. Possess solid professional knowledge in relevant fields and be proficient in using CAD and other graphic software. 
4. Possess certain communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility and work consciousness, and a good team spirit.
