1. Bachelor's degree or above in a field related to structure or civil engineering. 
2. At least five years of working experience, with at least three years of experience in a first-class design institute. 
3. Familiar with relevant structural design standards.
4. Possess good professional qualities, teamwork spirit and communication coordination skills.
5. Proficient in using structural software such as Guangsha and PKPM.
6. Have experience in high-rise building structural design, and have rich experience in controlling project cost and optimizing design.
7. Those who have served as the project's professional supervisor in large-scale projects will be given priority.
